CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• The candidate should be Any Graduate or Diploma in engineering from any recognized university.
• Should have Total of  1-2 years of supporting large IT infrastructure (500+ servers) 
• The candidate should possess experience in Performance Analysis and Tuning/Optimisation Operations
• Should have experience in installing and configuring SQL Server on VMware
• Should have strong working knowledge of SQL Server clustering on Windows 2003 R2

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The suitable candidate will be responsible to carry out the installation, configuration, and support of a rapidly growing VMware based Virtual Infrastructure estate and support the growing estate of SQL and Active Directory Infrastructure.
• Provide a sound level of technical competence to deliver capabilities to technical policies, standards and within timescales.
• Contribute to the reduction of incidents for DCMS Platforms and provide proactive problem management in order to maintain high service levels.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of operating procedures and operability on new and existing systems, ensuring adherence to defined Operations Standards.
• Adhere to the release process to ensure products/services are delivered in a supportable manner and to defined standards of quality and software compliance.
