CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• The candidate should possess Graduate/Post graduate degree in a finance, numerical or statistical background.(CA-Inter/ICWAI -Inter is desirable).
• Should have at least 0-2 years of experience.
• Must have excellent quantitative/numeric, analytical and problem solving skills.
• The candidate must possess good computer skills and Excel spreadsheet skills.
• Should have the ability to learn and assimilate new information quickly and effectively.
• Must have good written and spoken English.
• Should have good interpersonal and communication skills and should be energetic, creative and flexible.
• Experience level in a similar industry for at least 1 year preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The main purpose of this role is to prepare tax returns and other informational forms as prescribed by the US Internal Revenue Service. 
• Will have to analyze client data and prepare work papers and will also validate client data, interacting with the US teams.
• Need to analyze information in the documents or in the internal software system to take further steps of processing.
• Must determine missing information and follow-up with your team lead.
• Convert data into a compliance product by entering it in the application.
• Need to verify the accuracy of the data entry; perform quality assurance / self assurance checks.
