JOB DESCRIPTION:

• This is an Application Support Analyst position,the individual will be working in JMPChase Mortgage Banking Technology applications.
• Responsibilities include maintaining multiple applications.
• This position is very hands-on and requires a strong ability to adapt to challenging problems and an intense desire to work as part of a cohesive team.
• Performing direct support of applications within the Mortgage Banking Technology space
• Creating and executing SQL queries to diagnose problems and provide resolution
• Working with end users to determine root cause of production issues
• Partnering with peers and collaborating with other technical leaders in the firm, within and outside of MBTI
• Align team goals with those of Mortgage Banking  IT & Business.
