JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • You will use your experience in support engineering and focus on first line support for standard and low complexity incidents.
  • We will need you to assist with ensuring that the assigned infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested and operational.
  • You will need to assist in analysing, assigning and escalating the support calls received at the service desk.
