  • Candidates should have 0-2 yrs Exp in Supply Chain domain or Procurement functions
  • Candidates should have basic Knowledge of ERP Systems, SAP Business Objects is desirable
  • Candidates shave excellent communication skills
  • Very Good Analytical abilities
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Application support in terms of business research and background information which is needed by end users\Business and meeting the support SLAs as agreed with end users\Business,
  • Monitoring the application processes, application logs and taking appropriate resolution actions in case of failures.
  • Using support tools and escalation mechanisms in case of application failures.
  • Documents all the changes and enhancements.  Responsible for Training and mentoring the team.
