- Application support in terms of
business research and background information which is needed by end
users\Business and meeting the support SLAs as agreed with end
users\Business,
- Monitoring the application
processes, application logs and taking appropriate resolution actions in
case of failures.
- Using support tools and
escalation mechanisms in case of application failures.
- Documents all the changes and
enhancements. Responsible for Training and mentoring the team.
