JOB DESCRIPTION:

• As an Applications Engineer, application’s Production environment's Operations Support working on 24X7 rotational shifts
• Maintain application’s proactive monitoring to mitigate unplanned system downtime.
• Acts as a point of contact for the resolution of technical & Functional issues across group of corportae Applications.
• Coordinates with Solutions team, Data Quality and Production Control teams to plan issue resolution timelines and execute deliveries
• Create new users, user security and profiles and Prepare documentation
