JOB DESCRIPTION:

• As an Engineer at Dimension Data, you will be tasked with making configurations, actioning installations and fixing technical problems that are of a more complex nature than those that the senior technician would attend to. 
• Will support senior engineers and work directly with clients or jointly together with technicians.
• Need to take responsibility for larger parts of an installation, fixing technical problems of a complex nature, as well as problem management
• Develop a basic understanding of business principles, crucial project management and administration abilities such as report and proposal writing, as well as being proficient in project documentation.
• Need you to assist the technical service desk team by providing telephonic support to our clients.
