• Assist the Process Leads in delivering quality work.
• Assist and guide the team members in processing their assignments.
• Responsible for team's work quality and accuracy.
• Responsible for the tracking errors and provide appropriate feedback to team members.
• Participate actively in knowledge transfer during new process transition.
• Ability to communicate with the Business Centre via email and phone .
• Keen to work with numbers and MS office.
