PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create a Knowledge docket for all tasks handled by Operations for Auto Leasing & HFS business 
• Benchmark & modify processes wherever required to adhere to compliance/ policy requirements/ industry standards. 
• Automate manual steps & create checkpoints/ controls for the error free processing 
• Project Duration – 2 months
