• Familiarity with incident, change and problem management processes is preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The Role is for a Software Engineer, need to support Group SRD suite of applications for all countries. 
• This is L2 and L3 support, includes working in shifts and oncall support during non-business hours.
