CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• The candidate should have completed B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/Other degree  from any recognized university.
• Must have good communication Skills ( email and phone)
• Must have interest on Server and storage field.
• Good understanding or basic working knowledge servers and storage devices.
• Good Troubleshooting and problem identification skills.
• ITIL Certification is preferred 
• Previous experience in monitoring profile is preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The Systems Engineer will be performing the backup activity for servers
• Access provisioning request to engineers. Timely response to e-mails and requests
• Provide regular updates to end users/requesters and close of their queries within agreed timescales.
• Problem escalation to the second level team and follow the defined process.
• Attend team meeting and conf call and identify and highlight any issue with process.
• Implements improvements to practice and client engagements, ensuring performance targets are met in the business area.
