JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The Systems Engineer will be
performing the backup activity for servers
- Access provisioning request to
engineers. Timely response to e-mails and requests
- Provide regular updates to end
users/requesters and close of their queries within agreed timescales.
- Problem escalation to the
second level team and follow the defined process.
- Attend team meeting and conf
call and identify and highlight any issue with process.
- Implements improvements to
practice and client engagements, ensuring performance targets are met in
the business area.
