CANDIDATE PROFILE:
  • Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Computer Science
  • Should have good knowledge & understanding of GSM / WCDMA.
  • Good Knowledge & Understanding of SUN Solaris/ Linux / UNIX (Certification preferred)
  • Good Knowledge of Storage Technolgy.
  • Should have good knowledge & understanding of Support Processes
  • Good Knowledge & Skills on System Administration of BSS.
  • Preferably hands-on experience of Integration & Commissioning of BSS.
  • Candidate having Ericsson nodes (AIR, MINSAT, VS, EMM, EMA, CRS and CS-NMT) experience will be preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Overall System Administration of Ericsson Charging System 4.0 / 5.0
  • Performing installation, configuration of CS4 & CS5 Nodes, mainly CCN and EMM.
  • Integration of Core Network Nodes with BSS/Mediation.
  • End to end troubleshooting for the issues related to BSS Platform, Fault Management, User Management, Software/Hardware Management and BSS nodes (AIR, MINSAT, VS, EMM, EMA, CRS and CS-NMT).
  • Perform release upgrades on BSS nodes and roll-out
  • Trouble Ticket /Change Request handling as per SLA/WLA
  • Customer Service Requests (CSR) handling (Analysis, Troubleshooting, and Corrective Maintenance) for the complex faults.
  • To handle emergencies and on-call support.
