Telecommunication Engineering/ Computer Science

System Administration of BSS.
- Preferably hands-on experience
of Integration & Commissioning of BSS.
- Candidate having Ericsson nodes
(AIR, MINSAT, VS, EMM, EMA, CRS and CS-NMT) experience will be preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Overall System Administration
of Ericsson Charging System 4.0 / 5.0
- Performing installation,
configuration of CS4 & CS5 Nodes, mainly CCN and EMM.
- Integration of Core Network
Nodes with BSS/Mediation.
- End to end troubleshooting for
the issues related to BSS Platform, Fault Management, User Management,
Software/Hardware Management and BSS nodes (AIR, MINSAT, VS, EMM, EMA, CRS
and CS-NMT).
- Perform release upgrades on BSS
nodes and roll-out
- Trouble Ticket /Change Request
handling as per SLA/WLA
- Customer Service Requests (CSR)
handling (Analysis, Troubleshooting, and Corrective Maintenance) for the
complex faults.
- To handle emergencies and on-call
support.
