• The candidate should have completed B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech degree from recognized university.
• 1 - 2 years post degree experience in network security management services. 
• Experience in handling of implementation & management of large size WAN, LAN & network security.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• You will use your experience in support engineering and focus on first line support for standard and low complexity incidents.
• We will need you to assist with ensuring that the assigned infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested and operational.
• You will need to assist in analysing, assigning and escalating the support calls received at the service desk.
